I've done this tutorial in PSP 9 and to do this tutorial you must know
the basics of Paint Shop Pro and where the tools can be located.

Download all the Supplies HERE.

LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)

Open a New Image : 700 x 500 White.

Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the Layer with a colour from your tube.  I used : #97cbed

Layers - New Mask Layer - From image :
In Source Window : Vix_ChristmasMask5.jpg, with the following settings:
Invert mask data must be activated.

Activate the Raster Deform Tool - Deform

Drag the handles over the entire image.

   

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy : © ChristmasTree_White_LG_patao.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move a little bit to the left.

Copy the snowman : Graph-Sabine Design 299.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the left.

Copy : kTs_Moments08.png and Paste as New Layer.

Move down.

Activate the eraser and erase everything that falls inside the letters.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.
Font used : DentonsHand.
