I've done this tutorial in PSP 9 and to do this tutorial you must
know
the basics of Paint Shop Pro and where the tools can be located.
Use a tube of your own choice.

The tube is from
Natsuki
Place the Brush in the Brushes Folder or open in PSP and export as
Custom Brush.
Use this pencil to show
you where you are in the tutorial.
Just left click on it and drag it to where you want it to go.
The pencil will stay in position until you close your browser.

LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)
Open the Supplies in PSP.
Open a New Image : 700 x 500 White.
Copy : Dec Series Landscapes II 1 - 3.pspimage and Paste as New
layer
Image - Mirror.
Copy : doubleframe.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Copy : bow.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the left.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1; 1; 65; 20 Black
Copy : element.complete.png and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the right.
Activate the Layer of the Landscape (Raster 1)
Activate the Brush Tool and look for the Brush :
agiBrush123-emerson and apply with Black in the top Frame
Activate the Top Layer
Copy the tube and Paste as New Layer.
Move below.
Apply the same Drop Shadow.
If you used the same tube as I did, remember to place the � of the
artist/tuber as well.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
Place your watermark and/or name.
Font used : Brush Script Mt.
