Download all the Supplies HERE.

The tube is from Lori Rhae.

Place the Gradient (spring.PspGradient) in the Gradients Folder, the Texture (water034.jpg) in the Textures folder and the Brush (The way to your heart-EW.PspBrush) in the Brushes Folder.

Open the rest of the Supplies in PSP.

Use this pencil to show you where you are in the tutorial.
Just left click on it and drag it to where you want it to go.
The pencil will stay in position until you close your browser.

Open a New Image : 700 x 500 transparent.

Floodfill the Layer with the Gradient  - Spring ( Angle - 45 and Repeats - 0 )



Copy (Tube2446_Window_misted_01_03_09.psd) and Paste as New Layer.
Move it to the right.

Activate the Raster Deform Tool (PSP 9).

Pull the Top and the Bottom sides towards the border of your image.



Copy the tube (Image26Jessica+Alba_LR.pspimage) and Paste as New Layer.

Move to the left.

Activate the Brush Tool and look for the Brush : the way to your heart

Set the Rotation on 10 en apply with the colour #737d26 in the bottom frame of the window.
 



Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Image - Resize - 95 % bicubic - Resize all layers ticked.



Image - Add Borders : 1 pixel (#737d26)

Image - Add Borders : 35 pixels White.

Select the White Border with the Magic Wand.

Floodfill the selection with your Gradient.

Effects - Texture Effects - Texture : water034
 



Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-15 Black.

Selections - Select None.

Copy (stringbow.pspimage) and Paste as New Layer.
Move it to the Top into the frame border.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.

Copy (ribbon.pspimage) and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the bottom, left corner.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.
 

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your name and watermark.
I used the font : NevisonCasD.
