Use this pencil to show you where you are in the tutorial.
Just left click on it and drag it to where you want it to go.

Open all the Supplies in PSP.

Open a New Image : 600 x 600 White.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Flood fill this Layer with : #1f80b7

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Look for the Mask : WSL_Mask99.jpg with the following settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Set the Opacity to : 75

Copy "BVS sealife frameflower.png" and Paste as New Layer.

Copy the tube (anna.br-menina_japonese-11-03-09.psp) and Paste as New Layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-15 Black

Layers - Duplicate
Move this Layer until it's under the Layer of the frameflower (Raster 1)

Activate the Top Layer and Delete the part of the tube that falls over the flowerframe
with the Eraser Tool.
Activate the duplicated layer under the flowerframe and
delete part of the tube that is under the flowers.

Activate the Top Layer.
Copy "BVS sealife flower07.png" and Paste as New Layer.

Move to the left, bottom corner and apply the same Drop Shadow as before.

Copy "BVS sealife flower04.png" and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the top, left and arrange the Layer under the Layer of the flowerframe (Raster 1)

Activate the Top Layer again.

Copy "BVS sealife flower03.png" and Paste as New Layer.
Move this also to the top, left - exactly on top the other flower.

Arrange this Layer also under the Layer of the flowerframe (Raster 1).

Layers - Arrange - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.
For my name I used the font : Persimmon.
Foreground colour : White
Background Colour : Blue #1f80b7, Stroke Width : 2, Size : 72.
Apply the same Drop Shadow.
