For this tutorial, the Freebie Scrapkit of Petit Moineaux was used.
The complete Scrapkit, called �Meliage� can be downloaded HERE (scroll to the bottom).

The tube is from Lanitta.

The modified Supplies for the tutorial can be downloaded HERE.

Place the mask in the Masks Folder and open the rest of the Supplies in Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial was done with PSP 9, but can be done with other versions of PSP as well.

LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)

Open a New Image : 700 x 700 White.

Layers - New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with a colour from your tube or use : #bacf9b.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk :
Look for : nightshademasknt and Load with the following settings :



Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy : meliage-petitmoineaux nr 1.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : meliage-petitmoineaux nr 2.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : meliage-petitmoineaux nr 3.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : element-snake.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move down to the right and arrange the Layer below Raster 1.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Move it a little bit down.

Layers - Duplicate - Image Mirror - Image Flip.
Move to the top.  See example.

Layers - Duplicate - Image Mirror - Move to the top right corner.

Activate the Top Layer.

Copy the tube : Nightcap-Lanitta_LR-08-26-09.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2; 2; 50; 8; Black.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.
Font used : MatthiaLL.
