Open all the Supplies in PSP.

LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)

Open a New Image : 700 x 700 White.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Selections - Select All.

Copy : 5_4.jpg (background) and Paste into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image :
Source Window : Narah_mask_Esfera008.jpg, with the following settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Image - Resize - 115% Bicubic.  Resize all layers NOT checked.

Copy : ricrac-frame.png and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : clock.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : stitch-frame.png and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : SN-Keep-Smiling.psd and Paste as New Layer.
Move down to the bottom.

Delete or erase part of the frames that is visible underneath the wordart.

Copy the tube : All Tressed Up_LR-12-04-09.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Position her onto the Wordart.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2; 2; 65; 9 Black

Layers - Duplicate - Arrange beneath the Wordart Layer.

Activate the Top Layer.

Erase or delete the part of her legs that shows in front of the Wordart.

Copy : ribbon-bow.png and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the right.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.

You can also re-colour the stitches (Raster 3) :
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize, with the following settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.
Font used : Forte.
