I've done this tutorial in PSP 9 and to do this tutorial you must know
the basics of Paint Shop Pro and where the tools can be located.

Download all the Supplies HERE.

The beautiful Frame is from Ivy's Inspirations.
You can find the original frame HERE.
The tube were tubed by Lut

Place the Brush in the Brushes Folder, the Mask in the Masks Folder
and open the rest of the Supplies in PSP.

LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)

Open a New Image : 700 x 700 White.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Flood Fill the Layer with the colour : #3b1c21 or
choose a colour of your own choice from your tube.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk :  Look for the mask - dmsk0022,
and Load with the following settings:



Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Activate the White Background Layer.

Activate the Brush Tool and look for the Brush : Susan B 159
Set the size to : 500



Apply in all four corners, by using a lighter colour.  I used : #a96081.

Activate the Top Layer.

Copy : ii_firstsnow_frame.png and Paste as New Layer.
Move a bit down and to the left.

Copy the woman tube : lut tube 69 22102009.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Position into the Frame.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2; 2; 65; 3 Black

Layers - Duplicate
Arrange under the Layer of the Frame (Raster 1).

Activate the top Layer and erase part of the tube that falls over the Frame.
Repeat the same with the duplicated Layer.



Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.
