Open all the Supplies in PSP.

Open a New Image : 700 x 500 White.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Floodfill the Layer with : #b0a396

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
In the Source Window, look for : Mask71_Kreations.jpg
and apply with the following settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Copy SE_Sentiments_Filmstrip.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Leave as it is.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-10 Black

Copy 4backgrounds.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move it into the 4 frames (right) of the Filmstrip.
The first Frame on the left will be blank.

You can use other pictures/tubes as well to fill the Frames with.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Copy SE_Sentiments_Frame.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate : 10 degrees left

Move it a little to the right and down.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down
This layer will now be behind the Layer of the 4 background tubes.

Activate the Top Layer.

Copy splash.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Move it to the Top and to the Left.
Arrange the Layer down until it's just above the Mask Layer (Group - Raster 1)

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip
Move to the Right and to the Bottom.

Activate the Top Layer.

Copy SE_Sentiments_FlowerSticker1.pspimage and Paste as New Layer
Move to the Left

Copy SE_Sentiments_FlowerSticker2.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the Left as well.

Copy the tube (grab-life-by-the-pole[1].png) and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the right

Apply the same Drop Shadow.

Place your watermark and name.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)
