LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)

 

Open the Supplies in PSP.

Open a New Image : 700 x 700 White.

Copy : background.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : frame.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy the tube : KTS_©ARUMBUS04.psp and Paste as New Layer.

Arrange the Layer below the layer of the Frame.

Copy : filmstrip.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the right.

Arrange the layer below the layer of the Tube.

Activate the Top Layer.

Copy : eyelet-ribbon.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Move to the left on top of the Frame.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Copy : wordstrip.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the bottom and on top of the Frame.

Copy : flower-border.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Move to the left and arrange the layer underneath the layer of the Frame. (Raster 2)

Layers - Duplicate.


Image - Rotate - Free Rotate, with the following settings:

Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top and move to the bottom of the Frame.

Copy : PatternBowCajunDesignz.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Move down to the right corner of your image.

Apply the following Drop Shadow to all the layers, except the
Wordart (Raster 6) and Background (Raster 1) :

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow :  6; 6; 50; 15 Black

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.

Font used : Bernhard Modern.
